Coonoor Beautifu Place : Sim’s Park is located in Coonoor, Nilgiris, Tamil Nadu. Its height is 1780 m above sea level, which makes it an important tourist place to visit in Coonoor.  It is spread over an area of 12 hectares of virgin land and has many natural advantages.

It is an unusual park- cum- botanical garden developed in 1874 by Mr. J.D. Sims and Major Murray around the natural contours of the land a 100 years ago.
